Terms of Service

1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of HospitalityCV (the "Service"), operated by Epicurean Digital Consultants Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16622200). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

HospitalityCV is an AI-powered CV builder for hospitality professionals. The Service allows you to create, customise, and download CVs through a guided questionnaire and AI content generation.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. One account per person.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard or by emailing support@hospitalitycv.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for unused portions of a billing period or for CV generations already used.

5. AI-Generated Content

CV content is generated by artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy and quality, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before using it. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free. You own the content of your completed CV.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; create accounts using false information; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems; use automated tools to scrape or bulk-generate CVs; resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

You own the content of your CV. We own the Service, including its design, templates, code, and branding. Our templates are licensed for your personal use only and may not be redistributed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service; the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content; any loss of employment opportunity; any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. If a change materially affects your paid subscription, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
